I am a child of the Southern black church in the United States. In my early 30s, I went through major upheaval in my faith and spiritual practice. Now, I use my lineage, my mysticism, and my constantly explorative spirituality to support individuals and groups who want to grow in alignment, confidence, and freedom in their spiritual practice.

Monthly one-on-one sessions provide a consistent place of spiritual support, and a rhythm of reflection and discernment with me - a trained practitioner. To grow confidence and freedom, I prioritize non-judgement, exploration, your own agency, and full-body wisdom.

I create group spaces that allow people to listen and practice together, discern together, and encourage one another in a way that honors each person’s particular needs and gifts.
I organize spiritual support groups around shared resources, practices and agreements, not denominational beliefs or doctrine. This allows room for people to confidently follow their unique journey while offering a consistent place to come to for connection and support.
I also help others create this type of space, whether for a day, a weekend, or a season.

Birth Chart Readings
This offering is a response to an invitation that I’ve had these past few years to study how the stars and planets mark the seasons and cycles - both of our personal lives and of the world. This is an ancient wisdom tradition called astrology.
It’s worked its way from my own personal study and mystic practice, to community, and now to you.
A birth chart shows where the stars and planets were at your time and place of birth. A reading of your chart uncovers what that means for your experience of life and how you might navigate that experience with all of its obstacles, tensions, and gifts.
I am first a mystic and companion. So in a birth chart reading, I operate with intuition, conversation with you and Spirit, and the same non-judgemental space that is part of my Spiritual Direction practice.
